Production/Sanitation Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Production/Sanitation Laborer to support cleanliness, equipment sanitation, and daily production operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by following established safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize equipment, work areas, and facility spaces according to established procedures.
• Follow food safety, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and organized production environment.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are properly prepared for daily operations.

Production Support

• Assist with maintaining efficient production operations through proper sanitation practices.
• Identify and report equipment or facility concerns.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support overall facility goals.

Safety & Quality

• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation standards and company guidelines.
• Properly use cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Maintain attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous sanitation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods (8–10 hours).
• Ability to repeatedly grip and handle both large and small items.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
