Key Responsibilities (Laser Cutting & Fabrication)

  • Load sheet metal onto laser cutting tables
  • Operate laser cutting machine to produce parts
  • Read work orders and select proper materials
  • Sort and dispose of scrap metal into correct bins
  • Use computer systems to select materials and cutting specs
  • Operate forklift to move materials
  • Assist with or operate a press brake (brake press)
  • Opportunity to learn CNC machine operation

Schedule Details

  • Monday through Friday

  • Some overtime may be required

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with laser cutting or sheet metal fabrication preferred
  • Experience with press brake (brake press) a plus
  • Forklift experience required (training available)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Comfortable standing for full 8-hour shift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Reliable attendance
