Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician for our second shift (4:30 pm to 1:00 am). In this vital role, you will ensure that our manufacturing processes meet rigorous quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our products through precise inspections, data analysis, and adherence to quality systems.

Duties

• Inspect products per Operation Standards and Appearance Limit Master Books with 100% defect detection.
• Verify correct builds using schedules and order documentation.
• Track, document, and escalate quality issues and defect trends.
• Support offline audits, sorting, and minor end-of-cycle repairs.
• Ensure proper function of CQG equipment, fixtures, and gauges.
• Complete daily defect and repair reports.
• Provide technical guidance to production associates.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product launches and inspection best-practice development.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness and availability to work mandatory overtime
• Mandatory overtime is a condition of employment. Overtime may include extended shifts, weekends, or additional days based on production needs.

Essential Job Function

• This role is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with moderate noise and requires standing, walking, verbal communication, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
