Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Construction General Laborer to assist with a variety of hands-on construction tasks. This position is ideal for someone with basic construction experience, familiarity with tools, and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Construction Support

Assist with general construction tasks and daily project needs.
Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies.
Support skilled tradespeople with job site activities.
Perform painting, preparation, and cleanup tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Tools & Equipment

Safely use basic construction hand and power tools.
Assist with measuring, preparing, and completing job tasks.
Maintain and care for tools and equipment.
Follow proper safety procedures when using tools and materials.

Team Support

Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (1–2 years).
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment required.
Ability to work in a hands-on, physically demanding environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with painting, material handling, or construction site support.
Familiarity with basic construction methods and job site procedures.
Previous experience in a skilled trade environment.
