Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Construction General Laborer to join a busy job site. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have prior construction experience and be comfortable working with tools and assisting skilled trades.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction projects including material handling and site preparation
• Support skilled trades with various tasks on job sites
• Perform general labor duties such as painting, cleanup, and basic repairs
• Safely use and handle common construction tools and equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience required
• Knowledge and proper use of construction tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Physically able to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Must be trustworthy, honest, and respectful
