Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing | Fargo, ND | $100,000–$110,000/Year

Located in Fargo, ND

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead sales efforts and marketing campaigns that drive revenue and growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the industry and understands the Fargo market.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead sales and marketing strategy and execution
• Grow revenue through new and existing client relationships
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Track performance and adjust strategies for better results
• Work closely with leadership and represent the hotel at meetings and events

What We’re Looking For:

• Hotel industry experience required
• Proven success in sales and/or marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Knowledge of the Fargo market preferred
