Dispatcher

 

Dispatch Coordinator needed for a temp to hire position. This role ensures that field technicians are routed efficiently, customers are informed and supported, and all service operations run smoothly throughout the day. MUST have dispatch experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pest Control, or Lawn Care, etc. to be considered for this position.

 

Position Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with scheduling/dispatch software and CRM systems
• Must be able to keep up and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
• Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics is a MUST
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Position Responsibilities

• Routing & Logistics: Dispatch technicians based on location, skills, and availability for efficient scheduling.
• Customer Updates: Reschedule as needed
• Service: Handle calls and emails with professionalism
• Coordination: Manage daily emails and admin tasks promptly.
• Parts & POs: Arrange part deliveries and manage purchase orders.
• Work Orders: Create and close out work orders with accurate documentation.
• Phone Support: Assist with calls during peak times.
• Team Planning: Coordinate with our CSR team to plan daily call volumes.

Hours: 

• Full-Time / In-Office
• Monday - Friday: Noon - 8:00 p.m.
• Occasional Weekends
