We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Counting Associate to support inventory operations within an aircraft modification facility. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring materials are properly tracked in a high-precision environment.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Inventory Counting Associate will be responsible for performing detailed inventory counts, verifying materials, and ensuring accuracy of inventory records. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work with computer systems to track inventory.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits
• Verify quantities and reconcile discrepancies
• Accurately record inventory data into computer systems
• Use basic math skills (addition/subtraction) to confirm counts
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
• Assist with receiving and verifying incoming materials
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to management
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Support general warehouse and inventory tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions clearly
• Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)
• Strong common sense and problem-solving ability
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience
• Experience with cycle counting or inventory systems
• Experience in manufacturing or aviation environments

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Warehouse/industrial setting within an aircraft modification facility
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
