Position Title: SMT Visual Inspector

  

Position Summary:

Client is seeking Visual Inspectors to perform quality inspections after SMT production of BMS boards. The role mainly involves visual inspection of boards to identify defects or abnormalities.

 

Number of Openings:

• Total Needed: 8
• 4 AM Shift 8AM-8PM
• 4 PM Shift 8PM-8AM

 

Pay rate 

• Day shift: $18
• Night shift: $19

 

Primary Duties:

• Perform visual inspection of SMT boards after production
• Check for visible defects, missing parts, damage, or abnormalities
• Separate defective boards and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain accurate inspection records as required
• Follow safety and quality procedures

 

Experience Required:

• Previous board inspection experience is preferred but not required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• English and/or Korean speaking preferred
• Detail-oriented and careful
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods
• Good eyesight and ability to identify small defects
• Reliable and punctual
