3RD SHIFT PRODUCTION-WIRE DRAW

Essential Functions: 

• Operate and adjust one or more wire drawing machines in a safe and efficient manner. 
• Trouble shooting wire drawing processes, taking necessary action to correct problems to ensure that a quality product is produced. 
• Use SPC as a problem0solving tool. 
• Program wire-drawing setups in the operator station. 
• assure that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production. 
• Operate a forklift in a safe manner. 
• Maintain appropriate production records and reports on a timely and accurate basis. 
• Ensure efficient and economical utilization of materials, constant improvement of procedures, eliminate wasteful practices within the department. 
• Maintain inventory accurately, including ordering needed tooling as required. 
• Maintain wire drawing area in a neat and clean condition. 
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
