Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 an hour

Join Express as a Service Coordinator and keep operations moving. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-driven professional to manage service parts and kit fulfillment from order to delivery.

You’ll oversee inventory, ordering, packaging, shipping, and system updates—ensuring accuracy and fast turnaround for standard and urgent orders. Working closely with production, you’ll help keep materials flowing and support packaging and ROP builds as needed.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (May work overtime and weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Validate systematic versus physical stock in the Service Area to maintain inventory accuracy
• Order and fill DY flash items by packaging parts and shipping to the correct addresses
• Build ROPs (Reorder Points) as backup to material handlers or during periods of high demand
• Assist in the shipment and packaging of flash orders and ESO raw material requests
• Create and update SPERT daily by downloading online data, tracking shipped, built, and running kits
• Update SPERT and CWIS systems as needed, documenting any kit issues such as planner parts ETAs or sourcing concerns
• Follow up daily on planner parts to ensure accurate kit status and completion
• Complete daily SPERT summary reports and collaborate with production planners on kits in Work In Progress (WIP)
• Schedule Logiflow and UPS pickups for all service-related shipments
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Requirements

• 2 years of Shipping and receiving experience within a warehouse or service parts environment
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must pay attention to detail
• Safety oriented
• Must follow written and verbal instructions
