Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Powder Coater for a company in Smithville, TN. This role focuses on applying high-quality powder coating finishes to metal parts using proper techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment for smooth, even coverage
• Monitor oven temperatures and curing processes
• Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures
• Support production needs and assist in the finishing department

Qualifications:

• Experience powder coating aluminum and/or steel required
• Knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and read job orders
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and willing to learn
