Graphic Designer / CNC Programmer (Part-Time)

Schedule: Day Shift | 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer / CNC Programmer to support design and production efforts in a hands-on environment. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing concepts to life through both digital design and machine-based production.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with a variety of design tools, software, and fabrication equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify digital artwork and design concepts
• Translate designs into machine-ready files for CNC equipment
• Program CNC machines for production of custom parts or molds
• Operate and assist with equipment such as CNC machines, 3D printers, and cutting devices
• Collaborate with team members to refine designs and meet project requirements
• Ensure accuracy and quality in both design and finished products
• Assist with general production and creative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design and digital artwork creation
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine operation
• Experience working with design software and computer-based programs
• Exposure to tools such as 3D printers, cutting machines (e.g., Cricut), or similar equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability to meet varying workload needs
