Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

Pay:  $18/hour   

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM 

We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our team and provide exceptional support to both new and existing customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable communicating across multiple channels including phone, email, and web chat.

• Provide introductory product and service information to prospective and new customers

• Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and care

• Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot product or service issues

• Follow up with customers via phone, email, or web chat to ensure satisfaction

• Access customer databases to retrieve and update account information

• Recommend additional products or services that may benefit the customer

• Escalate complex queries or concerns to appropriate departments when necessary

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records after each interaction

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience in customer service & retail, environments preferred

• Comfortable using computers, email, and customer service software

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Customer support and conflict resolution

• CRM and database navigation

• Product knowledge and upselling techniques

• Attention to detail and record-keeping
