Our client, a growing logistics company based in Ingleside, is excited to welcome a driven and dependable full-time B2B Customer Service Representative to their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Level 1 (Reliability) Security Clearance.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide timely, friendly support by responding to customer calls and emails, as well as communicating in person when required
• Manage a portfolio of 25–30 clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
• Receive, process, and track customer orders accurately
• Maintain and update the customer database with relevant and current information
• Prepare, review, and reconcile customer invoices
• Support month-end billing processes and reporting activities
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Coordinate shipments and receipts with third-party carriers

Required Skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience managing B2B client relationships is required
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is considered an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with the public preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Well-rounded administrative skill set with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Assets:

• Experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, including inventory management, is preferred

The wage for this position starts at $22.88 per hour. The ideal candidate is looking for a company to grow with. The individual needs to be adaptable and a great team player.

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm
