Powder Coater – 1st Shift

We’re looking for a reliable Powder Coater to join our team! This role is responsible for prepping, coating, and finishing metal parts to ensure quality and durability.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
• Apply powder coating evenly and efficiently
• Monitor curing process and oven settings
• Inspect finished products for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Previous powder coating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and good work ethic

 

Experience: 1+ year of industrial powder coating

Location: Racine 

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F
