Express Employment is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team! You will operate one or more CNC machines or other special purpose machines to machine metal work-pieces to specifications on a production basis. Machine Operator to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers, etc.) according to job specifications
Operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts with precision and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
Maintain accurate production and quality records

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience operating CNC machinery (entry-level to advanced depending on role)
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control processes
Basic understanding of machining principles and materials
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
