TEMPORARY Office Support Needed – Short-Term Coverage

Location: Ocala, FL
Schedule: Tuesday 4/28 – Friday 5/1, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $17/hour

We are urgently hiring a temporary Office Support professional to provide short-term coverage while a team member is out on vacation. This is a 4-day assignment only, ideal for someone who can step in quickly, stay organized, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage up to 4 phone lines
  • Handle inbound customer calls for repairs and new estimates
  • Accurately collect and document customer information
  • Identify customer location (Marion or Lake County) and route appropriately
  • Enter data into CRM system (Jobber – training provided)
  • Assist with scheduling and dispatch coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person
  • Support walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Perform general clerical and data entry tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Confident and professional customer service skills
  • Comfortable gathering detailed information from customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior office or administrative experience
  • Background in call scheduling, dispatch, inside sales, or similar roles
  • Experience in construction or service-based industries is a plus

Additional Details:

  • This is a strictly temporary role (Tuesday 4/28 – Friday 5/1) to cover a vacation absence
  • Fast-paced environment supporting a large service area, including Clermont
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check prior to starting
