Customer Service/Inside Sales (Sign Industry)

An established and growing company in the signage industry is seeking a confident, experienced Sales & Client Advisor to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who understands signage systems and enjoys guiding clients, not just taking orders. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on signage and wayfinding solutions
• Manage projects with multiple components and timelines
• Provide input on ADA compliance and best practices
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior sign industry experience strongly preferred including wayfinding/directional/interior signage
• Experience working with signage projects from concept to completion
• Familiarity with ADA guidelines and signage requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills:

• Strong confidence and professional presence
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and priorities
• Knowledge of:
• Wayfinding systems, directional, and interior signage
• Signage materials, components, and terminology
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Resilience and comfort with direct communication

Pay Rate: $20-$30/hour, depending on experience
