Job Title: Project Manager – Marketing

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our client’s Marketing Department. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee marketing projects from concept through completion

• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, creative, and sales

• Track project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met

• Communicate updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders

• Organize and maintain project documentation and workflows

• Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing

• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, digital marketing, or branding

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
