Salary: $18.00

1.           Education:

•             High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement).

•             Additional coursework or certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus (Not required).

2.           Experience:

•             Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.

•             Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software

•             Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•             Basic math and data entry skills.

•             Ability to operate forklifts (Seated / Standing forklift), pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (KALMAR Operator/experience is a PLUS)

•             Good organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

•             Effective communication skills (verbal and written).

3.           Physical Requirements:

•             Ability to lift and move heavy items (often up to 25 lbs. one-person lift or up to 50 lbs. two people lift).

•             Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks indoors and outdoors for extended periods.

4.           Technical Proficiency:

•             Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams).

•             SAP knowledge is a PLUS

•             Experience with RF Scanner, barcode scanners, or handheld inventory devices (is a PLUS)

•             Ability to operate under minimum supervision

5.           Work Ethic:

•             Dependable and punctual.

•             Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•             Must be willing or able to work flexible hours or overtime (Friday and/or Saturday) if needed.
