About the Role
This Food Safety & Quality Supervisor role supports daily quality operations at a food manufacturing site in Maryland Heights, Missouri. You will lead quality and food safety programs, manage audits and KPIs, and partner with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement in a regulated food production environment.
What We Offer
- Pay: $22–$25 per hour
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What You'll Be Doing
- Execute and maintain Food Safety and Food Quality programs, including prerequisite programs, to keep the site audit-ready
- Lead internal audits, track KPIs, and follow up on non-conformances with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive operational excellence initiatives to improve quality performance
- Support quality commercialization activities, including specification and documentation reviews
- Lead, train, and develop quality team members while promoting a strong food safety and quality culture across the site
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Direct experience in a Food Safety, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- Team leadership experience in quality or food safety
- At least 1 year of experience in the food, supplement, or related regulated industry
- Working knowledge of FDA-regulated environments and compliance expectations
