Salary: $18 - $19/Hour

Express Employment is looking for an Inventory Clerk. This position requires 1-2 years of current experience.

Work Hours: 5 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. Monday - Thursday, Work hours may vary, Weekends, Holidays, and Overtime as needed

Location: Oroville, Ca

Pay: $18 - $19/Hour DOE

Job Summary:
Manages inventory and shipment records, verifies incoming/outgoing goods, and prepares shipments. Supports office operations through data entry, reporting, and clerical tasks while meeting deadlines.

Job Duties:

• Verify shipment documents; resolve shortages or damages.
• Compare shipment details with invoices and orders.
• Track inventory and maintain supply levels.
• Record data, process orders, and update reports.
• Prepare inventory, production, and daily job reports.
• Schedule shipping/receiving and route materials.
• Operate office equipment and assist with general office tasks.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow OSHA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Adhere to GMPs, food safety, and company safety policies.
• Report issues and support food safety and quality systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong data entry, accuracy, and organization skills.
• Good communication and time management.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Mostly sitting; occasional standing/walking.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to bend, reach, and communicate effectively.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Excel and basic accounting preferred.
• 1-2 years of current experience
