Core Duties:
Responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Manages and processes payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper recordkeeping. Assists with benefits administration, maintains employee records, and serves as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries while supporting a positive workplace culture.
