Maintenance Millwright – Bakery (Calgary)

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Millwright for a well established bakery operation in Calgary. This role is focused on maintaining and repairing production equipment in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.

Pay: $35 per hour
Shift: 5:00 AM start time
Must be open to working weekends (alternating schedule, one weekend on and one off)
Full availability is required

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on bakery and production equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime
Support preventative maintenance programs
Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment is running safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands on experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with food production or bakery equipment is considered an asset
Must be reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts, including weekends

Certification:
Millwright certification is not required for this role. We are open to candidates with strong, proven hands on experience even if they are not ticketed.
