As a Line Cook, you’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by preparing and plating meals while working alongside a team in a busy, upbeat environment.

Key Duties Include

• Prep, cook, and plate food according to recipes and presentation standards
• Portion, peel, cut, wash, and mix ingredients as needed
• Label, rotate, and store food properly
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and sanitary
• Follow food safety and handling procedures
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level OR Experienced food prep/line cook 
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
• ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work some weekends
