Accounting & Finance

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including payment follow-ups and ensuring timely and accurate filing of vendor bills
• Perform credit card, vendor, and general ledger account reconciliations as assigned, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy and accurate coding
• Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized accounting records within company accounting and inventory systems

 

 

 

 

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international
• Communicate directly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses
• Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delays

 

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between accounting, technical, and sales teams
• Ensure data consistency between accounting systems and inventory/logistics records
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes
