Outside Sales Representative

Located in Portland, OR

Salary: $22-$24 DOE

This role combines relationship‑driven sales with hands‑on service for a well‑established industrial route. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and building trust with long‑term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route of existing industrial customers, focusing on maintaining strong relationships and identifying additional sales opportunities.

• Deliver serviced saw blades and pick up blades scheduled for sharpening or repair.

• Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally throughout the route.

• Complete an overnight route assignment every other week (Thursday–Friday).

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Previous industrial sales experience with a track record of customer retention and territory growth.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers in a variety of industrial environments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to bend, stoop, and twist without difficulty as part of daily service tasks.
