Carpenter (Laminate & Cabinetry) – Galesville, WI | $18–$22/hr | Full-Time Days

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing company in Galesville, WI and is hiring an experienced Carpenter specializing in laminate, cabinetry, and composite materials. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Pay & Schedule

  • $18–$25.00 per hour
  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Consistent daytime hours (no nights or weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, shape, and install laminate and composite materials
  • Fabricate and install items such as:
    • Laminate cabinetry and casework
    • Countertops and work surfaces
    • Wall panels, partitions, and decorative finishes
    • Shelving, trims, and built-ins using laminate products
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, or panel saws as required
  • Apply laminate finishes using appropriate adhesives and techniques
  • Ensure clean edges, proper alignment, and high-quality finishes
  • Repair, modify, or replace damaged laminate components
  • Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades as needed

  • MUST HAVE CARPENTER EXPERIENCE
