A well-established distribution company in Oakville is looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join their growing warehouse team. If you have hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach forklifts, strong warehouse systems knowledge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

 

What We Offer

• $23.00/hr.+ (based on experience)
• Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Day shift – no weekends
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity
  (Permanent placement based on performance and business needs)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and customer orders
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate Raymond Reach forklifts for picking and put-away
• Use RF scanners to complete picks and perform inventory checks
• Assemble, palletize, and stage orders for shipping
• Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Support additional warehouse duties as required by management

 

Qualifications

• 3+ year experience operating Raymond Reach, Scissor lift certified and experience is an asset

• Valid forklift certification
• Experience using RF scanners and SAP/WMS systems
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
