Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Location: Oakville, ON

A well-established distribution company in Oakville is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join their growing warehouse team.

If you have hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach forklifts, strong warehouse systems knowledge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What We Offer

$23.00/hour+ (based on experience)
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Day shift – no weekends
Temporary-to-Permanent opportunity
(based on performance and business needs)

Key Responsibilities

Review production schedules and customer orders
Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment
Operate Raymond Reach forklifts for picking and put-away
Use RF scanners for order picking and inventory checks
Assemble, palletize, and stage shipments
Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Assist with additional warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

3+ years of Raymond Reach forklift experience
Valid forklift certification
Scissor lift certification is an asset
Experience with RF scanners and SAP/WMS systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
