Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Medical Device Repair Technician to join our team. No prior experience is required — we will provide full training. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has strong hand-eye coordination, and can follow detailed instructions and diagrams. This role involves repairing, assembling, and reassembling medical devices, including endoscopy equipment, using small hand tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, assemble, and reassemble medical devices, including endoscopy equipment

• Use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, picks, and precision tools

• Read and interpret parts diagrams, manuals, and written instructions

• Inspect devices for damage, wear, or malfunction

• Perform detailed, hands-on work with accuracy and consistency

• Document repairs and maintain accurate records

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• No experience required — full training provided

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on repair work

• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills

• Ability to follow diagrams, instructions, and standard operating procedures

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed work

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with small tools or basic mechanical work

• Previous assembly, repair, or electronics experience
