Monday- Friday / 5am-1:30pm

$18.00 per hour - Possible OT

 

A company is looking for a Production Assistant with prior experience in production environments to inspect products, verify measurements, clean aluminum extrusions, and occasionally use hand/power tools. You are applying with Express Employment Professionals.

 

Production Assistant Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for blemishes and surface defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Verify measurements of materials using a measuring tape.
• Clean aluminum extrusions thoroughly with cleaning solution-soaked pads or rags (alcohol or acetone).
• Spot paint blemishes and defects as needed.
• Use hand and power tools to cut and assemble products as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Production Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production/shop environment is required.
• Proficiency in inspecting products and verifying measurements.
• Familiarity with using hand and power tools for cutting and assembly tasks.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently for effective communication.
• Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs and wear steel toe boots for safety.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks as needed.
