Production Associate – Welding Department

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Welding Department as Machine Operators. In this role, you will work with automated welding equipment in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment—no welding experience required.

Position Overview

As part of our production team, you will operate robotic welding machinery by loading and unloading parts, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials into automated welding machines
• Monitor machine operation as parts are welded behind a secured safety enclosure
• Unload finished parts and perform visual quality inspections
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
• Place completed parts into designated bins
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in automotive production or machine operation is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
