💰 Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • Average Commission Earnings: $75,000 – $120,000+ (top performers exceed this)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business development across hospitals, long-term care facilities, and healthcare institutions
  • Build and grow relationships through networking, referrals, and RFP opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory
  • Expand existing accounts while aggressively targeting new, previously untouched opportunities
  • Educate clients on a portfolio of patient care equipment and service solutions
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity to consistently exceed targets

Who You Are

  • A money-motivated sales professional who thrives in a commission-driven environment
  • Experienced in B2B sales, account management, or territory development
  • Comfortable selling into healthcare environments (long-term care, hospitals, institutions)
  • Skilled at building relationships, networking, and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Confident in pursuing RFPs, partnerships, and new market opportunities
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of a territory

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare or medical device experience is an asset)
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
