Overview

Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake has partnered with a company in Circle Pines, MN that is hiring for a dependable Warehouse Clerk. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including inventory control, cycle counts, and shipping and receiving of both domestic and international freight. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute cycle counts and assist with reviewing and investigating inventory discrepancies
• Prepare and ship/receive international and domestic freight
• Assist with outbound and inbound freight, including loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Maintain accurate inbound and outbound freight records
• Calculate weights and dimensions using scales and measuring devices
• Ensure freight documentation is accurate and properly completed

Skills

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and effective planning skills
• Energetic attitude with strong work ethic
• Drug screen and background check required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Frequent standing, lifting, and movement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
