What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural and commercial lending customers
• Originate, underwrite, and close agricultural, commercial, and consumer loans
• Conduct on-site visits with farms, businesses, and rural operations
• Build relationships through prospecting, networking, and sales calls
• Analyze financial data and structure loan terms and agreements
• Partner with credit and underwriting teams to process applications
• Cross-sell banking products including deposits and cash management services
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of lending experience (agricultural, commercial, or consumer)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and make sound lending decisions
• Experience working with customers in a professional setting
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform basic physical tasks
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly is a plus
