Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and reliability of equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure within a manufacturing environment. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians and coordinates daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure
  • Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, scheduling, and technical guidance
  • Ensure optimal equipment reliability and uptime while minimizing production disruptions
  • Troubleshoot and support maintenance of industrial machinery, automation systems, and facility systems
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment history

Required Experience

  • 5–8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)
  • 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience (preferred)
  • Experience in chemical processing, metal finishing, fabrication, or industrial coating environments (strongly preferred)

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of industrial controls, motors, and automation systems
  • Familiarity with pumps, valves, piping systems, and fluid handling equipment
  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or a related field (preferred)
