1st Shift Aluminum Welder (MIG) – $21/hr+ | Weekly Pay | Shawnee, KS

Looking for a skilled Aluminum MIG Welder to join a stable manufacturer of high-quality aluminum concrete forming systems. This first-shift role offers consistent hours, weekly pay, and room to grow with your welding expertise.

Schedule & Pay:
• 1st Shift – Monday–Friday
• $21/hr starting for candidates who can hit the ground running
• Paid weekly!

Key Responsibilities:
• MIG welding on aluminum (some TIG as needed)
• Read blueprints and accurately measure with tape measure
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely
• Inspect, grind, and finish welds to quality standards
• Maintain clean and safe work area

Requirements:
• Experience with aluminum MIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measure
• Ability to pass a weld test (pay based on test & experience)
• Reliable and detail-oriented
