A high-end skin care clinic in Tulsa is looking for a friendly, polished Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the world of aesthetics—Botox, facials, lasers, and premium skin care products.
Monday–Friday
Either 10 AM–2 PM or 11 AM–3 PM
$16 per hour
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule patient appointments and manage the booking system
Take payments and handle basic front-office transactions
Welcome clients and create a positive, inviting experience from the moment they walk in
Someone who enjoys a calm, spa-like environment
A person with genuine interest in aesthetics and skin care
A friendly communicator who loves helping people feel comfortable and cared for
