Salary: $19.50 - $22.50/hr DOE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team at a growing tile company. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while also learning the technical side of project estimating. You will assist clients with product selection, prepare quotes, and support project coordination from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting tile products and materials based on their needs
• Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for residential and commercial projects
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teams
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
• Learn pricing, materials, and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; training provided
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn estimating software and systems
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Proficient in basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Work Environment:

• Combination of showroom, office, and occasional site visits
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19.50 – $22.50 per hour depending on experience
