Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Split Shift Forklift Operator for our client in Delaware, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for lifting, loading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have enough forklift experience to just need brush up training, strong attention to details, listening skills, and a positive team player.
This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive a sit-down forklift to perform work duties
- Move pallets from line to shipping area
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving products
Requirements
- Previous forklift operation experience
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on warehouse work
- Capable of lifting, loading, and moving materials regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Great listening skills
Schedule
- Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
