Inside Sales Recruiter

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is seeking an Inside Sales Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced staffing environment focused on recruiting, sales, and client support.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Type: Full-Time (Internal Position)

Pay:  $23–$27/hour + commission

OTE: $60K–$85K+

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open job orders
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to candidates and leads
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Fill job orders quickly and accurately based on client needs
• Make daily outbound sales calls to generate new client opportunities
• Support business development efforts by identifying and qualifying prospects
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and clients
• Work closely with the team to meet placement and sales goals

Requirments

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems; able to navigate multiple systems efficiently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay: $23.00 – $27.00/hour
• Uncapped commissions based on placements and performance
• Realistic first-year earnings of $60K – $85K+
• High performers have strong earning potential
