Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns
• Provide information about company services, pricing, and processes
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a business services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
