Pay: $20 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator for a growing facility in Delaware, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for lifting, loading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have solid forklift experience, strong attention to details, and a positive attitude.
This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Move pallets from line to shipping area
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving products
Requirements
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on warehouse work
- Capable of lifting, loading, and moving materials regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
