Job Title: Haas Mill Machinist – 1st Shift
Location: Toledo, OH Area
Pay: $27+/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Haas Mill Machinist to join our team on 1st shift in the Toledo, OH area. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in setup, operation, and troubleshooting of Haas CNC milling machines. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and committed to producing high-quality parts.

Shift:
1st Shift (Day Shift

Pay:
Starting at $27/hour or higher, depending on experience and skill level

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience operating and setting up Haas mills (or similar CNC equipment)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Experience with basic CNC programming is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
