Order Puller

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an company in the Tampa area. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pull customer orders based on picking lists
Pack orders securely and prepare shipments for delivery or pickup
Verify product quantities and quality before shipment
Label, stage, and organize completed orders
Assist with inventory organization and restocking as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or order-pulling experience a plus
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Business Hours

7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
