Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a local business to search for a candidate to support their business in an EVAPORATOR DRYER OPERATOR role. This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts.

Summary:
Operates evaporator and drying equipment to safely produce dairy ingredients and maintain quality standards.

Duties:
• Start, run, and shut down equipment
• Monitor system performance and product quality
• Perform cleaning (CIP) and sanitation
• Collect samples and complete logs
• Report issues and follow safety rules

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food or production experience preferred
• Able to follow instructions and safety rules
• Reliable attendance

Physical:
• Stand, sit, and walk for long periods
• Lift, bend, and stoop as needed
• Work in an industrial environment
