Salary: $22-$24hr

This is a 90-day evaluation hire with potential for permanent hire.

Ideal candidate will have held increasing, leadership experiences. Strong, effective written and oral communication skills. Make decisions or recommendations that improve efficiency and effectiveness of workflow and / or processes. Eager to learn, self-sufficient, team-player.

Core Responsibilities: 

• Make and set sales appointments with potential clients; meet weekly sales goals.
• Screen, recruit and interview potential candidates virtually, in person, at off-site locations. 
• On board and train employees.
• Implements company culture, values and polices. 
• Actively maintain employee files.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition. 
• Manage and create Social Media Content
• Provide management with requested reports and documents. 
• Knowledge of business and office procedures.
• Maintain a ratio of scheduled interviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents.
• Collect timecards and process payroll.

Qualifications: 

• Min 2-years' experience in sales.
• Previous experience in recruiting, human resources or other related fields.
• Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and communication skills. 
• Strong customer service skills. 
• Must have PC proficiency, Word, Outlook.
• Multi-line phone skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation.

Training in office is required and paid off-site training may be available.
