Location: North San Antonio – Sonterra location (north of the airport)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Bilingual Medical Receptionist for a full-time opportunity in North San Antonio (78258). This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced medical office environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

· Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.

· Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately.

· Collect and update patient information and maintain accurate records.

· Process co-pays, balances, and other patient payments.

· Support providers and staff with administrative tasks as needed.

· Travel to other nearby locations when necessary.

 

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk coordinator, patient support or related positions within a healthcare environment.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficient with scheduling systems and basic computer applications.

· MUST be able to commute to North San Antonio and the ability to travel to other near by locations when necessary.
