Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and automation equipment
• Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and technical manuals
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and electrical components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components such as motors, relays, and sensors
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment performance
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
• Proven experience as an industrial or maintenance electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation controls
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and electrical codes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise and varying temperatures
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as needed

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position; overtime and on-call work may be required
• Fast-paced industrial setting with a focus on safety and efficiency
