Rolling Machine Operator

Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rolling Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team producing metal tank parts and components. This role is responsible for forming metal plates, sheets, and bars into specified shapes while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rolling machines to form metal plates, sheets, or bars into arcs, cylinders, or cones
• Read and interpret drawings, templates, and specifications
• Use knowledge of geometry and metal properties to set up equipment and determine forming sequences
• Perform layout work for tank parts and components
• Conduct and document required QA/QC inspections
• Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on roll machinery and material handling equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating rolling or forming machines preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Understanding of shop safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
